Our Services
Electrical Services
Most electricians quote one number and charge another. At ACE, the estimate you get is the job you're billed for.
Ryan Myers started ACE in 2010 and still shows up on service calls himself, including here in Blue Springs. Every tech on his crew runs the same way: explain what's actually needed, do the work, clean up completely. No upselling. No surprise line items. Whether it's a panel upgrade, an EV charger installation, or tracking down a breaker that keeps tripping, ACE brings a full range of electrical services backed by real commercial-project experience to every Blue Springs job, which means they've already solved the complicated stuff before they get to your house.
You get a straight answer on price before anyone touches a wire, and you deal with the same company from the first call to the final inspection.
Lighting Installation
Homeowners often think of lighting as an afterthought until the fixture they bought online doesn't fit the box behind the wall. ACE handles that part too, right alongside the electrical work.
From recessed lighting in older homes near Main Street to fresh installs out toward Chapman Farms, the same crew that's been running electrical calls in Blue Springs since 2010 also handles the full range of lighting installation work: ceiling fans, landscape lighting, outdoor and security fixtures, interior accent lighting. Nothing gets subcontracted out, and nothing gets left half-wired behind a wall plate.
You get one company, one crew, and one straight answer on price, whether you're rewiring a panel or just adding a fan to the back porch.
Commercial & Industrial Services
Blue Springs isn't just a bedroom community anymore, and the electrical needs downtown are different from the ones out in a subdivision. New buildouts along Main Street, tenant improvements, retail spaces changing hands, property managers juggling multiple units, that work calls for a different kind of reliability than a residential service call.
ACE brings real commercial-project experience to that side of the work, the kind you don't get from a crew that's only ever wired houses. Licensed, insured, and used to coordinating around a business's hours instead of shutting one down mid-day. Whether it's a growing storefront near downtown or an existing commercial space that needs updated wiring to pass inspection, commercial electrical services are handled with the same no-upselling, straight-pricing approach as everything else ACE does in Blue Springs.
Blue Springs: A Growing Community East of Kansas City
Your town traces its roots to 1827, when pioneers settled along the Little Blue River after finding a spring so clear it carried a bluish tint, and by 1838 Franklin Smith had become one of the area's leading early residents. When the Chicago and Alton Railroad announced plans for a depot in 1878, the town center shifted east to meet the tracks, and Blue Springs was officially incorporated on September 7, 1880, the fourth town chartered in Jackson County, predating Kansas City itself. For nearly a century Blue Springs stayed a quiet farming community, then the population took off after 1970, growing from under 7,000 residents to the more than 60,000 who call it home today.
Growth and Development
The town's growth is visible in two directions at once. A few well-known spots reflect it:
- Downtown Blue Springs along Main Street, home to some of the town's oldest houses dating back to the early 1900s
- Chapman Farms, a newer residential subdivision bringing fresh construction into a city long known for its older, established neighborhoods.
- The Adams Dairy Parkway corridor, where Adams Dairy Landing has grown into the town's main shopping and dining hub
- The area around Blue Springs Lake and Fleming Park, where many newer subdivisions have taken root
Community and Lifestyle
Life here runs on youth sports, weekends at the lake, and a school district people specifically move here for. Blue Springs School District fields two high schools, Blue Springs High School and Blue Springs South High School, and the town backs that up with nearly twenty parks and the hiking trails at Burr Oak Woods Conservation Area just north of I-70. Fall brings the whole town out for the Fall Fun Festival, and December means the North Pole Trail of Lights at Rotary Park.
Blue Springs' Transportation and Accessibility
Getting around town and out to the rest of the metro is straightforward no matter which side of Blue Springs you're on.
- I-70 runs directly through town, putting downtown Kansas City about 20 minutes west
- Missouri Route 7 runs north-south, connecting you to Independence and Lee's Summit without much hassle
- Woods Chapel Road serves as one of the main routes linking neighborhoods to the interstate
